How long will it take to sell my house?

We can purchase your property in as little as 3-4 days when necessary. Most purchases close within 14 days. We’ll schedule the closing on a date that works for you.

 
How do you determine the amount you are able to pay for my house?

We evaluate the condition and location of the property, repairs needed, estimated time to complete the repairs, neighborhood real estate activity, and other relevant factors in order to calculate an offer amount that is fair and reasonable.

 

Are there any fees I should be aware of?

No. There will not be any fees or commissions for you to pay.

 

What are the benefits of not listing my house with an agent?

Realtors typically charge up to 6% of the sale price as commission, which is in addition to closing costs. It is also not uncommon for agents to expect the seller to make a number of potentially costly repairs to satisfy buyers. While agents will help you choose an asking price, there are no guarantees about how much you will get for your property, how long it will take to sell, or if the property will even sell at all. During the wait, you will need to keep the house presentable for showing, and continue making payments to maintain the property (i.e. mortgage, insurance, landscaping, utilities, etc.). For many homeowners, listing their house with an agent is simply not worth the cost and uncertainty.

 

What if I am behind on my payments?

What if my property is currently rented?

​Don’t worry about it. We’ll purchase the house as-is, with tenants and all.
